You are awesome! Thank you for making me achieve so much in those short 22 weeks. Ever so appreciative! I have grown!
The biggest thing I took out of Max Potential was confidence and good habits I can continue in the future.
It helped me realise the we are all unique and can make a difference. This whole program has changed my life!
(Central Coast. NSW)
Max Potential has provided our students with a wonderful opportunity to develop their leadership skills. The quality of the mentors has ensured that Max Potential was a most rewarding experience for our students.
(Model Farms High School)
As a coach Max Potential was very rewarding for both my work and personal life.
S.W. (Community Coach)
The community project was my personal highlight. I gained more confidence talking to new people face to face and on the phone. I learnt to manage time more effectively.
It has been both a pleasure and inspirational to be involved in this program.
K.S (Community Coach)
The highlight for me was seeing the delight of the student when they knew they had reached their goals.
M.M, (Community Coach)
I've learned that if I put my mind to it I can do anything.
K.G. (Community Coach)
(Central Coast, NSW)
After each group and mentor session the students have been buzzing with things they have learnt about themselves and with ideas and enthusiasm for the community project. On behalf of my students - thanks for the journey and the outcome.
(Northolm Grammar School)
I've found out more things about myself. I've learned to manage my time and recognise personal traits. I'm also a better listener and get more things done!
(Central Coast, NSW)
This is the best thing I have ever been involved in.
I have learnt so much more than I expected. I have really valued learning more about coaching and applying it at work. I am sure I am a better manager because of these new coaching skills.
It is indeed a pleasure to work in partnership with the Max Potential – it is like having additional staff on the school team.
G. P. (Deputy Principal)
(Northholm Grammar School)
The students and teachers involved found the versatility of the program, one-on-one personal chats and the development of skills to plan, implement and manage a project was very empowering.... My students said it was a life changing experience for them.
R. K. (Principal 2000-2007)
Overall, the program challenged my perceptions of my own potential. It taught me that it is always possible to better yourself, and to achieve more. But most of all, it taught me that reaching your potential is not about achieving goals and milestones. It is about reaching a point where you have an intense desire to constantly strive to better yourself and grow as a person.
I also created relationships with community leaders that will help me on my way to success in both my career and personal life. Learning that once I have fully applied myself, I can achieve any goal I set.
