Max Potential
draws on leaders within the community, business, industry and schools to work as one-on-one coaches with Youth.

“Coaching is one of the most effective forms of leadership development,
one that meets all of the needs of youth as learners…”
Wayne Deeth, Future Achievement Australia Pty Ltd

Max Potential is a new and unique youth leadership development program that is available to NSW communities.

Working through ClubsNSW, and with the support of a local club, Max Potential provides an excellent cost-effective program for clubs looking to maximise their involvement with local communities through their connection with young people. The program also falls under CDSE category 1.

Max Potential provides a fantastic opportunity to build and enhance relationships with your local Dept of Employment, Education and Training, private schools, Local Government, TAFE, universities, Chambers of Commerce, the local business community, churches and youth networks.

Max Potential connects community leaders with emerging young leaders to:

ACCELERATE their potential to achieve over 22 weeks.
BUILD their ‘can do’ attitude through a community project.
CHALLENGE them to lift their game through 8 hours of personalised coaching.
DEVELOP their entrepreneurial spirit through encouraging their leadership.

Max Potential is not a course – it’s about personal leadership coaching.

Personal leadership coaching is a simple, yet active, learning relationship that guides individuals on how to maximise their lives and leadership potential. Personal leadership coaching accelerates people’s ability to lead themselves and others effectively. Through one-on-one focused chats, individuals develop their leadership capacity. Coaching fast tracks success through intentional actions aligned with effective goals.

Max Potential trains volunteers from the club and the community as personal leadership coaches. So why do people volunteer to become a Max Potential coach?

As a coach, you can help make a difference in the life of a young leader and the local community at the same time. Max Potential is about building lives, leadership and the future.

Volunteer coaches receive:

  • Training on how to be an effective personal leadership coach which will also benefit how you coach within your own business or organisation
  • One-on-one coaching to accelerate your coaching competency
  • A success pattern based on leadership principles for life that you can also integrate into your own life and business
  • Focus, energy, spirit and connections.

Max Potential offers youth (16-25 yrs) with the opportunity to explore 10 Life Principles (MAXIMISERS©) aimed at maximising their potential, particularly with respect to youth leadership and entrepreneurial directions.
